TSR Legal is working with a well established national law firm that is looking to grow its Partnerships and LLP offering.

This is a genuine opportunity for a senior lawyer who enjoys advising professional practices and their partners and wants the opportunity to develop their own practice within a strong commercial firm.

The work will include:

• Partnership and LLP agreements
• Partner admissions, exits and succession
• Governance and structuring
• Advice to managing partners and leadership teams
• M&A, restructuring and investment involving partnerships and LLPs
• Regulatory and professional practice matters

You may come from a Partnerships, Employment, Corporate, Commercial, Regulatory or Dispute Resolution background, provided you have strong experience advising partnerships, LLPs or professional practices.
