Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you'll have the opportunity to sharpen your leadership skills and grow with a business that has plenty of ambition of its own.

The Role:

• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing FOH team
• Be hands-on across the floor, keeping service running smoothly and customers happy
• Set the standard for great service and lead by example every shift
• Manage the team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Monitor labour costs, wastage and daily operational performance to help keep the store financially on track
• Support day-to-day operations and work closely with the Area Manager
• Maintain strong food safety, HACCP and sanitation standards
• Contribute to an environment where the team actually enjoys coming to work

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Front of House Manager, Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager within QSR or fast food outlets
• A confident, outgoing personality with plenty of energy
• Someone who genuinely enjoys being on the floor and encouraging a team
• Excellent customer service skills and a real hands-on approach
• High work ethic, self-motivated and calm under pressure
• Good understanding of HACCP, food safety and high-volume food operations
• An ambitious leader who knows how to get the best out of people and themself
