About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance across sales, service, people and operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be highly visible on the floor, styling customers, coaching your team and helping turn daily performance into action.

You will:

• Drive sales performance across conversion, ATV, IPS and loyalty sign-ups
• Lead from the floor and coach the team through real customer interactions
• Deliver an elevated styling and customer experience
• Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching and performance conversations
• Assist with rostering, wages and team productivity
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards
• Support stock integrity, replenishment and day-to-day operations
• Analyse performance trends and identify opportunities to improve results
• Build accountability while maintaining a positive and supportive team culture
• Step up and take ownership of the store when the Store Manager is not present

What You'll Bring
We are looking for an experienced fashion retail leader who is commercially aware, confident with customers and passionate about developing people.

You will ideally bring:

• Previous Assistant Manager, 2IC or Store Management experience
• Strong fashion styling and customer engagement skills
• A proven ability to drive sales and KPI performance
• Strong coaching and team development capability
• Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret performance trends
• Experience with rostering, wages, stock and store operations
• High visual standards and an eye for presentation
• The confidence to lead autonomously when required
• A leadership style built around accountability, recognition and connection
