Sports & Physical Education Coach

• Planning and delivering exciting and progressive coaching sessions that promote participation in PE and school sport.

• Organising inter-school and intra-school competitions to foster teamwork and a love for physical activity.

• Acting as the school link to Northamptonshire Sport and other external sporting bodies.

• Encouraging pupils to push their boundaries, stay active, and develop a lifelong passion for health and fitness.

• Promoting inclusivity by identifying and overcoming barriers to participation.

• Supporting extracurricular sporting activities and out-of-school events.

• Monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and working with colleagues to enhance student engagement.

• Assisting in school trips, lunchtime activities, and before/after school programs.

• A dynamic and enthusiastic individual with experience in sports coaching and physical education.

• A role model who inspires and motivates students to achieve their best.

• Someone with a passion for promoting physical activity and well-being among young people.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.
