About the role

Change, Communications & Stakeholder Lead Contract | Outside IR35 | Fully Remote We are looking for an experienced Change, Communications & Stakeholder Lead to support a major Finance transformation programme. This is a high-impact role focused on developing the stakeholder, engagement and adoption strategy around a significant Finance transformation. The successful candidate will help shape the transformation by engaging with Finance around its existing challenges, rather than simply communicating predetermined changes. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and alongside the Target Operating Model and Programme leads. Key Responsibilities Develop the overall stakeholder engagement and organisational change approach. Map key stakeholders, influencers, blockers, advocates and decision-makers. Lead structured discovery, listening and engagement exercises. Translate stakeholder intelligence into practical recommendations for programme leadership. Develop adoption strategies to support the wider transformation. Create senior leadership messaging, communications packs, town halls and engagement materials. Facilitate workshops and senior stakeholder sessions. Provide clear executive-level storytelling and communications. Work closely with the TOM Lead to integrate organisational design and change activity. Support programme leadership with stakeholder strategy and transformation planning. Produce high-quality outputs at pace with limited direction. Experience Required Strong organisational change and stakeholder engagement experience. Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes. Strong stakeholder mapping and influence analysis capability. Experience engaging senior and executive stakeholders. Strong discovery, listening and facilitation experience. Excellent communication and storytelling skills. Experience developing adoption strategies. Strong executive communication and presentation skills. Experience within complex organisations; Financial Services or Finance transformation experience advantageous. TOM / operating model experience would be highly advantageous.
