Finance & Admin Manager

Appointment of a permanent Finance and Admin Manager (Grade 7) to start as soon as possible.

The post is 37 hours per week over 52 weeks.

Are you a sharp financial operator and a natural team leader? With our long-standing Finance Manager retiring, Prince Edward Primary is looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic individual to lead our fantastic office team and keep our vibrant school running smoothly.

We are a thriving, modern school of 450 pupils (ages 3–11) at the heart of our local community. We pride ourselves on a supportive leadership culture, well-established systems, and a healthy budget with quality resources.

The successful candidate will be:

• Analytical, IT competent, well-organised with high attention to detail
• An excellent communicator with the ability to build warm, positive relationships under pressure.
• Resilient, with common sense, and the confidence to work on their own initiative

We are also looking for these desirable skills:

• Previous experience in school finance, financial planning, budgeting and contracts
• Familiar with SIMs/Arbor or similar; MS Excel, Private Fund Manager, FMS6 and knowledge of the Sheffield Scheme for Financing Schools
