Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and managing M&E construction projects.
• Maintaining strict adherence to NEC forms of contract
• Driving programme management to ensure timely project completion
• Coordinating with various stakeholders to align project goals and timelines
• Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
• Identifying and mitigating project risks effectively

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience in managing M&E construction projects
• Solid understanding of NEC forms of contract and their application
• Strong programme management skills
• Experience in airport projects preferred; strong rail project experience also considered
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in preparing and managing project documentation
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively on site.
