Recently MRICS or Senior Building Surveyor - Medium Size Firm

A well-established, multi-disciplinary Property Consultancy has instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Building Surveyor for its thriving Bristol office.

The Role

• City centre office location
• Part of a national Building Surveying team of circa 40 professionals, approx. 200 employees within the business across all offices
• Exposure to a broad range of instructions across diverse commercial property portfolios
• Balanced workload: approximately 50% project/contract administration and 50% professional surveys

The Candidate

The hiring manager is open to candidates from Recently Chartered level through to Senior Surveyor, with salary tailored accordingly.

Ideally experience within commercial property
Candidates from construction or client-side backgrounds will also be considered
MRICS or MCIOB qualifications are preferred but not essential
