Our client is recruiting motivated Production Operatives to join their busy packing line in Bristol, working with innovative skincare products. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career while ensuring quality and precision in every pack.

Key responsibilities:

• Accurately pack skincare products to client specifications and quality standards
• Operate packing machinery safely and efficiently during shifts
• Perform thorough quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Maintain a clean, organised workstation complying with health and safety regulations
• Promptly report issues or defects to supervisors to minimise disruption
• Collaborate with your team to meet daily production targets
• Follow all company policies, including hygiene and safety protocols

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in production, packing, or manufacturing is beneficial but not essential – full training provided
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Attention to detail with the ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Able to stand for prolonged periods and complete repetitive tasks
• Good communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
