Aligra is recruiting on behalf of our client for reliable Parcel Sorters to join their team at Bridgwater, TA6. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing warehouse operation, perfect for candidates who thrive in fast-paced settings and enjoy team collaboration.

Key responsibilities:

• Sorting parcels accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery
• Scanning parcels using handheld devices to maintain tracking and inventory accuracy
• Unloading parcels from trailers and preparing them for sorting
• Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment through regular cleaning duties
• Working closely with team members to meet daily volume targets and deadlines
• Demonstrating flexibility with shift patterns depending on workload and business needs

What we’re looking for:

• Ability to work flexible shifts
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in scanning and sorting
• Physical fitness to handle manual tasks such as lifting and unloading parcels
• Positive attitude and reliability to be a consistent team member
