Our client, a leading security integration specialist, is looking for a Technical Service Engineer to join their expanding team in London. This is an opportunity to work with high-profile clients across the capital while developing your expertise on industry-leading security systems.

Position Overview

As a Technical Service Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and supporting security systems for major clients across London. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the reliable performance of integrated security solutions, from routine maintenance to technical support and system enhancements. Your work will directly impact the security infrastructure of high-profile sites, working with cutting-edge technology and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Attend client sites across London for servicing, maintenance and support

• Deliver customer training on Intruder Alarm, Intercom, CCTV and Access Control systems

• Ensure effective integration of security systems with IT networks

• Provide technical support during client meetings and system reviews

• Assess client requirements and propose system improvements

• Design and implement enhancements to existing security installations

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

• Respond to call-outs as part of the rota system

Requirements

• Solid background in Intruder Alarm, Intercom, CCTV and Access Control systems

• Knowledge of at least one platform: Gallagher, Genetec, Lenel or C-cure (preferred)

• Strong practical engineering skills focused on service delivery

• Ability to integrate security systems with IT networks

• Excellent communication skills for client interaction

• Full UK driving licence

• Relevant certifications such as ECS Card, IPAF, PASMA, Asbestos awareness or Tavcom training (advantageous)

• Engineers at all experience levels are welcome to apply
