• Contract Type: Full-time, Term-time only

A progressive secondary school in Clacton-on-Sea is seeking a dedicated LSA to assist students with diverse learning needs both inside the classroom and during small-group support sessions. Guided by an experienced SENCo and backed by a major Multi-Academy Trust, this position offers excellent opportunities for professional growth in special educational needs support.

What You Need:

• Experience working with secondary-age students with SEN or SEMH needs.

• Proactive attitude and ability to adapt tasks to pupil needs.

• Current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.
