A welcoming secondary school in the Frinton-on-Sea area is searching for a resilient and resourceful Cover Supervisor. When last-minute staff absences occur, you will be the reliable professional stepping in to keep classrooms running smoothly. You must possess excellent behaviour management skills, strong initiative, and the ability to adapt to different subject environments at a moment's notice.

What You Need:

• Exceptional behaviour management techniques and confidence with secondary-age students.

• Ability to think on your feet and handle emergency cover scenarios calmly and effectively.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• DBS check on the Update Service.
