MHE WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE – LICHFIELD

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an MHE Warehouse Operative – Lichfield to join our well-established client based in Lichfield.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering £13.85 per hour, Monday to Friday working, weekly pay, overtime opportunities and genuine opportunities for growth and career progression.

This position would suit candidates with experience as an MHE Warehouse Operative, Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Order Picker, Warehouse Assistant or General Warehouse Operative.

Shifts

 • Monday to Friday
 • 06:00 to 14:00
 • 14:00 to 22:00
 • Rotating shift pattern

Rates of Pay

 • £13.85 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

As an MHE Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

 • Operating MHE safely and efficiently
 • Performing general packing and re-packaging duties
 • Labelling and completing promotional builds
 • Loading and unloading vehicles
 • Reworking products as required
 • Placing pens into a blister in the correct order
 • Completing scanning and stock control tasks
 • Conducting quality checks to maintain high standards
 • Meeting customer order requirements accurately and on time
 • Following all site health and safety procedures when operating MHE and completing warehouse duties

Essential Skills

 • Ability to operate MHE safely and efficiently
 • Basic level of English, both spoken and written
 • Reliable and punctual
 • Good communication skills
 • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
 • Physically fit and able to stand or move for long periods
 • Safety-conscious approach to working within a busy warehouse environment

Desirable Experience

 • Previous warehouse or packing experience – not essential as full training is provided

Training Provided

 • Full industry-related training and ongoing support provided throughout your assignment
