Operations Manager | Medical Centre

Are you an experienced healthcare Operations Manager who enjoys leading teams and improving the way medical centres operate?

We are recruiting an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of five established medical centres within a growing healthcare organisation.

This is a hands-on operational leadership role for someone who has proven Operations Manager experience within healthcare and is confident managing multiple sites, supporting Practice Managers and taking ownership of operational performance.

You will be joining an established business where you will have the autonomy to manage your portfolio of centres, develop your Practice Managers and ensure each location is operating effectively.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of five medical centres
• Lead, support and develop Practice Managers across each location
• Ensure each centre is operating efficiently and meeting expectations
• Monitor performance, KPIs and operational results across your portfolio
• Hold Practice Managers accountable and support them with performance issues
• Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions
• Improve processes, systems and workflows across the centres
• Ensure consistency in processes and service standards across all locations
• Support workforce planning, staffing and operational requirements
• Work closely with Practice Managers to resolve day-to-day challenges
• Use reporting and data to identify areas requiring attention
• Work closely with senior leadership on operational priorities and business improvements
• Build a positive, accountable and high-performing culture across the centres

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone with proven healthcare Operations Manager experience, ideally overseeing multiple medical centres or healthcare locations.

You will need to be comfortable operating above Practice Manager level and leading through your Practice Managers rather than managing one individual centre.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Previous experience as an Operations Manager within healthcare
• Experience overseeing multiple medical centres, clinics or healthcare sites
• Strong understanding of medical centre operations
• Experience leading and developing Practice Managers or other operational leaders
• Strong people management and performance management skills
