Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting experienced Forklift Truck Drivers, Counter balance or Reach FLT Drivers, for a leading warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution operation based in Beliver, Plymouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Forklift Truck Driver looking for long-term work, competitive pay, overtime opportunities, and the chance to secure a permanent position after just 12 weeks.

Key Duties

• Operate a Reach Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently.
• Move stock throughout warehouse, production, and dispatch areas.
• Support a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, and distribution operation.
• Load, unload, and transport materials safely.
• Work as part of the warehouse team to achieve daily targets.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times.

Requirements

• Valid Reach or Counter balance Forklift Truck licence (essential).
• Recent experience as a Reach FLT Driver, Reach Forklift Truck Driver, or Warehouse Operative within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable with excellent attention to detail.
• Committed to working safely and maintaining productivity.
