Site Agent

Our client, a leading organisation in the water and civil engineering sector, is seeking a Site Agents for contract opportunities. The role will involve overseeing construction activities, coordinating site operations and supporting the successful delivery of water infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day construction activities across water and civil engineering projects
• Coordinating subcontractors, site teams, suppliers and other project stakeholders
• Monitoring progress, quality, health and safety, and environmental standards on site
• Interpreting construction drawings, specifications and project documentation
• Supporting programme planning, progress reporting and resource management
• Identifying construction risks and implementing effective mitigation measures
• Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements:

• Experiencewithin the civil engineering or water sector
• Strong understanding of water infrastructure, civil works and construction processes
• Ability to manage site teams and coordinate multiple project activities
• Knowledge of health and safety, quality assurance and environmental procedures
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
• Relevant construction or civil engineering qualifications, such as an NVQ, HNC, HND or degree
