Confectionery Assistant

Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for a Confectionery Assistant to join our client’s rapidly expanding team in Alloa.

Our client produces the finest handmade products using only the best ingredients in a traditional, open-pot method – they’re looking for a new member to join their existing, hard-working, happy team.

Working as a Confectionery Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Weighing and preparing ingredients
• Producing, beating and cutting fudge
• Ensuring products are prepared for the packaging process
• Following all health & safety and food hygiene requirements

The ideal Confectionery Assistant will have:

• A desire to deliver excellence every day
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous kitchen experience
• A sound level of physical fitness
• Excellent team working skills
• Strong numerical skills

Whats on offer:

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
• £12.71 per hour

Due to the location of this role a driving license would be advantageous, but not essential.
