Corporate Solicitor – 2+ PQE – Fully Remote

TSR Legal has recently been instructed by a modern and commercially focused law firm looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor with around 2+ years PQE.

This is a fully remote opportunity offering a high degree of flexibility and autonomy, while still providing access to good-quality corporate work and an established commercial client base.

The successful solicitor will advise on a broad range of corporate matters including acquisitions and disposals, shareholder arrangements, reorganisations, investments and general corporate advisory work.

You should be comfortable managing transactions with a good level of independence, dealing directly with clients and taking ownership of matters from instruction through to completion.

The role would suit someone looking to move away from a more traditional office-led structure without compromising on the quality of work or client exposure.

Salary is competitive and dependent on experience.
