Commercial Property Solicitor – 3+ PQE – Fully Remote – Up to £65,000

TSR Legal has recently been instructed by an established and forward-thinking commercial law firm looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor with around 3+ years PQE.

The firm has developed a modern alternative to the traditional law firm environment, combining good-quality commercial work with genuine flexibility, autonomy and a culture built around trusting experienced lawyers to manage their own clients and workload.

This is a fully remote position and would suit a solicitor who values independence but still wants to be part of a collaborative commercial practice with access to experienced colleagues across complementary areas of law.

The successful solicitor will handle a varied Commercial Property caseload, including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, landlord and tenant matters, assignments, licences, property investment work and wider transactional property matters.

There is significant direct client exposure, and the firm is looking for someone who is comfortable becoming a trusted adviser to businesses and property clients rather than simply working on isolated transactions.

You will ideally have around 3+ years PQE, strong technical Commercial Property experience and the confidence to manage matters independently from instruction through to completion.

The opportunity could be particularly attractive to someone looking to move away from rigid office requirements, traditional hierarchies or heavily supervised working while retaining access to interesting commercial work.

There is also scope to develop your own network and client relationships as your practice grows.

Salary up to £65,000 depending on experience, with fully remote working and significant flexibility.
