Youth Development Lead - Foundations (Glasgow)

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Development Lead to oversee our Foundations program in Glasgow. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating youth development initiatives that empower young individuals and foster their personal and social growth. Collaborating with community partners, schools, and families, you will create engaging workshops and activities tailored to the diverse needs of the youth population. Your leadership will inspire a team of volunteers and staff, ensuring that all programs are delivered effectively and inclusively.

Key responsibilities include developing strategic plans that align with our mission, monitoring program outcomes, and managing budgets. You will also be tasked with recruiting, training, and mentoring team members, while promoting a positive and supportive environment.
