    Position: Female Assistant Support Worker
    Location: Hemel Hempstead
    Salary: £26,229 per annum
    Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

    We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Female Assistant Support Worker to join our friendly team at Fletcher Way in Hemel Hempstead, where we work with compassion, respect and a strong focus on inclusion and empowering others.

    The Role

    You will provide person-centred support by:

    • Assisting with personal care in a dignified way
    • Encouraging daily living skills to build independence and confidence
    • Supporting individuals to achieve their goals
    • Following support plans and risk assessments
    • Building positive relationships through a collaborative approach

    Shifts

    Compressed full-day shifts (07:30-20:30) on a structured 4-week rotating rota.

    About You

    • You are caring, reliable and motivated, with a compassionate approach, treating others with respect, working collaboratively and empowering people to live fulfilling lives.
    • Holds a care certificate or willingness to undertake a care qualification
    • A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.
