Peterborough, Cambridgeshire Randstad Internal Resourcer Account Specialist Location: Peterborough, England, United Kingdom(On-site) Hours: Full-Time, 40 Hours per week(Mon-Fri) Flexibility: 8 hours per day 7am to 4pm Position Type: Engagement, Administrative and Growth Worker & Client Engagement: Act as the primary face of the service. You will manage daily worker engagement for temporary staff, host face-to-face client service meetings, and run "worker surgeries" to solve day-to-day workplace hurdles. The Onboarding Architect: You'll ensure that all new starters have the best start in their new role by meeting with them regularly throughout their first few weeks. System & Data Specialist: Maintain 100% accurate live data within our systems and databases. Lifecycle & ER Management: Conduct regular formal check-ins with staff, proactively handle assignment extensions, manage Employee Relations (ER) cases, and oversee the end-to-end leaver process. Account Knowledge Specialist: You'll use your position on site to gain knowledge and report back to the Account Manager to support our growth and relationship objectives.
