Full-Time Teacher

A welcoming primary school in Warwick seeks a confident KS1 Teacher for a full‑time role across the key stage. You deliver clear, structured lessons that help pupils feel settled, motivated and ready to progress. Moreover, you bring strong SEND experience and adapt tasks to support pupils with varied needs. In addition, you create calm routines that promote independence, positive behaviour and steady academic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach KS1 lessons that build secure early‑curriculum knowledge
• Deliver phonics and early literacy through clear routines
• Use structured classroom routines to support regulation and confidence
• Prepare adapted learning tasks for pupils needing extra help
• Support positive behaviour approaches through calm communication
• Work closely with teaching assistants and the SENCO to maintain consistent provision
• Track pupil progress and adjust teaching when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified KS1 Teacher with QTS or PGCE
• Strong SEND experience, including ASD, ADHD or communication needs
• Clear communication and a warm, nurturing approach
• Confidence teaching across KS1
• Ability to maintain consistent routines and support emotional regulation
• Full‑time Monday to Friday availability
• Interest in Warwick‑based teaching roles
