Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer (3+ PQE)

Join a highly regarded Tier 1 residential property team with a strong presence in the market, handling a broad range of quality residential transactions for individuals, investors and high-net-worth clients.

This role would suit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive looking to combine hands-on fee earning with the mentoring and development of junior lawyers and support staff within a collaborative and well-resourced team.

The Role

• Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
• Supervising, mentoring and supporting junior fee earners, trainees and support staff
• Assisting with team management, technical guidance and workflow distribution
• Liaising with clients, agents, brokers and other solicitors
• Maintaining high standards of client care and risk management

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX qualified
• 3+ years' PQE in residential conveyancing
• Proven experience mentoring, supervising or managing junior team members
• Able to run a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong technical knowledge and client relationship skills
• Organised, commercially aware and confident taking a lead role within a team
