Management Accountant

Bishop's Stortford, UK Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited We continue to support a nationwide organisation who are now expanding their finance team, appointing a part qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) Assistant Management Accountant. You will be responsible for supporting the production of the monthly management accounts, cash and sales reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation and overhead analysis.   Responsibilities include: Support the production of accurate and timely monthly management accounts and relevant KPI’s. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and expenditure analysis, ensuring completeness and integrity. Prepare stock reconciliations, ensuring accurate recording of stock invoices Deliver high-quality, insight-driven ad hoc reporting and analysis to support strategic decisions. Prepare overhead analysis and explain variances to the budget.The successful individual will be a part-qualified finance professional (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA), with strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail, possessing excellent written and verbal communication abilities. You will demonstrate a proactive approach to cost control, compliance, and continuous improvement, while confidently tackling complex problems with a logical and structured mindset. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential, supporting effective financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
