The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Consultant Neurologist to support services across North England, covering two NHS sites with an approximate 40/60 split between locations.

This long-term locum opportunity offers a consistent Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00 working pattern within established hospital teams. The role is ideal for experienced neurologists looking for stable work with a well-supported clinical service.

You will be responsible for delivering specialist neurology care, supporting outpatient and inpatient services, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of patient care.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver high-quality specialist neurology care across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with neurological conditions
• Provide expert clinical opinions and treatment plans
• Work collaboratively with consultants, specialist nurses, therapists, and wider multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
• Support safe and effective service delivery across both hospital sites
• Participate in clinical governance activities and departmental processes

What We're Looking For

• Full GMC registration
• Consultant-level experience in Neurology
• Relevant recent NHS experience
• Strong clinical judgement and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
• Valid Right to Work in the UK (please note we do not offer visa sponsorship)
