Our client, a leader in the water industry sector, is currently seeking Site Managers & General Foremen to join their team across the Severn Trent region. These contract roles are set to commence in October / November 2026, offering exciting opportunities in various upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing pipeline installation projects
• Managing water treatment and rehabilitation works
• Coordinating infrastructure upgrades
• Providing strong site leadership and organisational skills
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Maintaining project documentation and reporting progress
• Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget

Job Requirements:

• Experience in the water industry (essential)
• Proficiency in delivering pipeline or treatment projects
• Strong site management and leadership capabilities
• Valid industry tickets (SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid)
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations
• Problem-solving aptitude and detail-oriented approach
