Site Agent

Our client, a leading company in the water sector, is currently seeking an experienced Site Agent to join a major Tunnelling and Shaft Sinking project based in Wendover. This is a contract position with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and supervising tunnelling and shaft sinking operations
• Ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards on site
• Coordinating with subcontractors to maintain project programme and delivery
• Conducting site inspections and ensuring compliance with project specifications
• Maintaining accurate site records and reports
• Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression
• Handling site resourcing and logistics efficiently

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience on tunnelling and/or shaft sinking projects
• Valid SMSTS certification
• Valid First Aid qualification
• EKFB HS2 Induction required
• Strong site management and delivery experience
• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and maintain programme, quality, and safety standards
