Telford, Shropshire CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler Business Operations Analyst Telford / Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite £210 per day inside ir35 6 month contract We're looking for a proactive and organised Business Operations Analyst to join an Operations Team supporting Practice leadership and strategic delivery. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, support planning and governance, and ensure key business priorities are delivered effectively. Key Responsibilities Support business operations, governance and strategic planning Manage reporting, RAID logs, risks and dependencies Support financial, resource and capacity planning Assist with recruitment and resourcing activities Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the Practice Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency Support HR and Practice-related processes Deputise for the Business Operations Partner when required About You We're looking for someone with experience in business operations, business analysis, resource management or stakeholder engagement, alongside: Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Experience with planning, reporting and governance A proactive, collaborative approach Confidence to take ownership and work independently A genuine interest in continuous improvement If this Business Operations Analyst role is of interest, apply now or email your CV to me at (url removed)
