Winchester, Hampshire WR Engineering Project Manager - £50,000-£55,000 Are you an experienced Project Manager who thrives on delivering complex engineering projects from concept through to completion? I am supporting a mission critical engineering business in their search for a driven, commercially aware, and highly organised Project Manager to lead exciting turnkey projects across the UK and overseas. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, technically focused environment where no two projects are the same. You'll take ownership of high-value engineering and design projects, managing everything from planning and procurement to installation and client delivery. The Role: Leading engineering, design, and turnkey projects from start to finish Managing project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and reporting Coordinating cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, manufacturing, testing, and installation Managing suppliers, subcontractors, and specialist service providers Building strong client relationships and ensuring expectations are exceeded Identifying opportunities for additional business growth and managing scope changes effectively Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards You: Proven experience delivering engineering or technical projects Strong commercial and financial management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Experience working with subcontractors, procurement, and project reporting Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally when required Benefits: £50-55k plus great company benefits Flexible and Hybrid working Opportunity for career progression and professional developmentWR Engineering are the #1 recruitment partner for engineering, manufacturing & technical sales jobs.
