Telford, Shropshire CBSbutler Holdings Limited trading as CBSbutler Scrum Master - MTD Telford / Hybrid - 2 -3 days per week onsite £450 per day inside ir35 Initial 4 month contract BPSS clearance We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager to join a high-profile digital transformation programme supporting Making Tax Digital (MTD). You'll work closely with Agile delivery teams, Product Owners and stakeholders to facilitate effective delivery, improve team performance and ensure Agile practices are embedded across the programme. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives. Coach teams on Agile principles and improve Agile maturity. Remove blockers and manage delivery risks and dependencies. Work closely with Product Owners on backlog refinement and prioritisation. Use JIRA and Confluence to track progress and provide delivery transparency. Support continuous improvement and foster a collaborative team environment. About You Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Manager. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence. Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills. Confident coaching teams and resolving delivery issues. Scrum Master certification such as CSM or PSM is desirable.
