We are looking for a talented Microsoft Power Apps & Data Analytics Specialist to join a team at the heart of the Elizabeth Line’s digital transformation journey.

This is a unique opportunity to work with a vast range of operational, engineering, maintenance and safety data, developing innovative applications, dashboards and reporting solutions that directly influence how the railway operates. You’ll help transform complex datasets into meaningful insights, empowering teams to make smarter, faster and more informed decisions.

Whether you’re building intuitive Power Apps, automating data processes, or developing impactful visualisations, your work will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving performance and enhancing the experience of millions of passengers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and developing innovative Power Apps solutions, including both Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
• Working closely with stakeholders across Engineering, Operations, Maintenance and Safety to understand challenges and deliver technology-driven solutions.
• Building and maintaining robust Dataverse data models, ensuring data is secure, scalable and accessible.
• Developing engaging dashboards, reports and visualisations that turn data into actionable business insights.
• Automating data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Championing self-service business intelligence, helping colleagues unlock the value of data across the organisation.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement through data analytics and digital innovation.
• Managing Power Platform environments, deployments, governance and security.
• Promoting data literacy by supporting and training colleagues to confidently use reporting tools and dashboards.
• Ensuring all solutions adhere to security, GDPR and data governance best practices.

You’ll bring:

• Strong experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and the wider Power Platform.
• Expertise in Microsoft Dataverse, data modelling and platform administration.
• Experience building reports, dashboards and visual analytics solutions, ideally using Power BI.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, environment management and security models.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation, problem-solving and continuous improvement.
