Trust Performing Arts Team Leader

Laurus Trust is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly organised Performing Arts Technical Team Leader to lead our talented team of Performing Arts Technicians and provide technical support across our schools. This is an exciting opportunity to combine leadership, project management, technical expertise and creativity in a role that directly supports students, staff and audiences across the Trust.

This position is contracted on a 37 hours per week.

Job Purpose 

• To lead the day-to-day management of the PA Technician Helpdesk. 
• To delegate and coordinate within the PA Technician Team taking responsibility for the daily administration and operation of the department. 

Key Skills and Experience

• Sound educational background including GCSE’s in Maths and English (A*-C) or equivalent.
• Experience working in a school environment would be advantageous.
• Ideally possess prior experience within a similar role.
