Our Client is a fast-growing performance marketing agency helping ambitious brands drive measurable growth through paid media. With a collaborative, people-first culture, they offer the chance to take real ownership and develop quickly.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a performance marketer ready to step up into a broader, more strategic role. You’ll work across a varied client portfolio, leading smaller accounts while supporting larger, more complex campaigns across PPC, Paid Social and Display.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver integrated paid media strategies

• Manage, optimise and test campaigns to improve ROI

• Lead client relationships and communicate performance insights

• Identify opportunities across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok

• Explore new platforms, AI tools and emerging features

• Support and mentor junior team members

Your Profile

You’ll ideally have 2+ years’ hands-on paid media experience, with strong knowledge of PPC and/or Paid Social. You’ll be analytical, commercially minded and comfortable working directly with clients.

Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and Excel is highly desirable.
