Location: London / Brighton

Our Client is a leading digital agency working with complex enterprise brands across search, content, data and technology. They are investing in the next evolution of their Search, AI and Discoverability capability and are looking for a senior leader to shape it.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional SEO leadership role. You’ll combine deep enterprise SEO expertise with a progressive understanding of AEO, generative search, LLM visibility, content, digital PR, authority and trust.

You’ll lead senior client relationships, develop the existing SEO team and shape a commercially scalable Search, AI and Discoverability proposition.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise discovery strategies across SEO, content, AEO and AI visibility

• Advise senior stakeholders and translate complex trends into commercial priorities

• Build repeatable discovery products, services and measurement frameworks

• Lead and develop a high-performing SEO team

• Support pitches, new business and growth opportunities

• Champion practical, responsible AI adoption across client and internal workflows

Your Profile

You’ll bring deep enterprise SEO expertise, strong commercial awareness and experience leading complex client relationships and teams.

You’ll understand how technical SEO, content, authority and digital PR connect, and be actively experimenting with AI, generative search and LLM visibility.
