You will spearhead our legal function, crafting a comprehensive strategy that balances aggressive growth with ironclad compliance as we scale our AI-driven fintech solutions globally. A central focus of this role will be the establishment and ongoing development of our Payment Institution (PI) in Luxembourg. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations meet the rigorous standards of the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) and other relevant regulatory bodies. You will be the primary legal point of contact, navigating complex international banking and financial regulations, managing sophisticated contract negotiations, and mitigating operational risks. By fostering a culture of excellence and providing robust legal governance from high-level corporate matters to cross-functional support for product launches you will provide the essential legal backbone that allows INFINIT to innovate at speed and scale.
