The RoleWe are seeking experienced General Practitioners (GPs) to join a private Remote Out of Hours (OOH) Clinical Triage Service.
Working remotely as part of a multidisciplinary clinical team, you will provide telephone and video consultations, delivering safe, evidence-based clinical assessment, triage and management for patients presenting with urgent healthcare needs outside of routine primary care hours.

Schedule: Evenings, overnight and weekend shifts available
Shift Length: Flexible sessional shifts
Start Date: Immediate and ongoing opportunities available
Payroll: Weekly
What You'll Be Doing- Deliver remote clinical consultations via telephone and video.
- Assess, diagnose and manage patients presenting with urgent but non-emergency healthcare concerns.
- Provide evidence-based clinical advice, treatment plans and prescribing where clinically appropriate.
- Refer or escalate patients requiring face-to-face assessment, urgent treatment or emergency care in accordance with established clinical pathways.
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive and contemporaneous clinical records using electronic patient record systems.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver safe, effective and patient-centred care.
- Adhere to all clinical governance, safeguarding and information governance standards.
Applicants must:
- Hold full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) with a licence to practise.
- Be included on the NHS England GP Performers List (or equivalent UK Performers List where applicable).
- Have completed GP Specialty Training (CCT or equivalent).
- Have recent experience working within Primary Care, GP Out of Hours, Urgent Care, NHS 111 Clinical Assessment Service (CAS), or similar urgent care settings.
- Be confident conducting remote consultations and making autonomous clinical decisions.
- Have excellent communication, clinical assessment and risk management skills.
- Be familiar with electronic clinical systems and remote consultation platforms.
- Hold appropriate medical indemnity.
- Meet all required compliance standards.
- Have the right to work in the UK (please note we do not offer visa sponsorship).
