A warm and welcoming family are seeking an experienced, kind and nurturing nanny to
support them with the care and development of their first child, a happy 8 month old baby boy.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a knowledgeable and proactive nanny who is
passionate about early years development and enjoys supporting a child through their
key developmental stages. The nanny will play an important role in providing a safe,
stimulating, and loving environment, while supporting the child’s daily routine and learning.

Primary responsibilities will include all aspects of childcare, including planning age-appropriate activities, encouraging development
and learning through play, supporting daily routines, and ensuring the little boy’s needs are met with care and attention. The role will also include standard nursery duties and child-related household tasks, such as preparing meals, organising the little boy’s laundry, and keeping his areas tidy and
well maintained.

Mum and dad are entrepreneurs running multiple businesses and both work from home, though in a separate office but do love to check in with their son when they can. The grandparents are also actively involved. The family employ a cleaner so there will be no cleaning as part of the role.

In time, international travel opportunities will be on offer so someone who is open and happy to be flexible and accompany the family would be great.
Alongside this, there is excellent scope for salary progression and the family anticipate this being a long term proposition for the right nanny. Funded professional development can also be offered.

The ideal candidate will be warm, reliable, and attentive, with a strong understanding of

Minimum experience Level for this job: Minimum 2 years’ proven experience of being a nanny
Details of any training needed for this job: Paediatric first aid certificate and enhanced DBS on the update service.
Details of any qualifications needed for this job: Childcare qualifications not required – character, judgement, experience and energy are most important
Hours of work: 8-4pm or 9-5pm
Days required: 3-5 days per week
Driving required: Yes, parking available.

Salary – £22-25 gross per hour/up to £52,000 gross per annum
