Finance Manager

THE ROLE 📝 This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to join Form3's Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller & Head of Treasury, you'll play a key role in ensuring financial excellence across the business while partnering with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making. This is a broad role that combines technical accounting, financial control, commercial analysis and business performance, giving you the opportunity to make a tangible impact on how Form3 continues to scale. Working within a collaborative, high-performing Finance team, you'll help strengthen financial processes, deliver meaningful insights and support business leaders in making informed decisions that drive sustainable growth. Responsibilities: Leading financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and month-end activities. Owning the annual external audit process and maintaining strong financial controls. Producing financial analysis, modelling and insights to support strategic decision-making. Driving continuous improvements across finance systems, processes and reporting. Partnering with stakeholders across the business to improve commercial performance. Monitoring company performance through budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Supporting company-wide OKR reporting and helping track progress against strategic objectives. WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🔍 Essential Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). Significant post-qualified Finance experience, ideally within FinTech, Payments, Banking or SaaS. Strong financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting experience. Experience preparing management accounts and overseeing month-end processes. Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills. Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders to influence decision-making. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial controls and audit processes. Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Desirable Big 4 training or experience. Experience working with NetSuite. Experience improving finance systems and processes. Exposure to OKRs or wider business performance frameworks. Experience within a fast-growing technology business.
