Account Manager

Our client is a leading business within the retail marketing and display space, partnering with retailers and brands to deliver high-quality in-store solutions. They are seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage key client relationships and oversee projects from initial brief through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the retail environment, enjoys working closely with clients and can confidently manage multiple projects at once.

The Role

As Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for a portfolio of retail clients, building strong relationships while coordinating projects, timelines and deliverables.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and developing ongoing client relationships
• Understanding client requirements and translating briefs into solutions
• Coordinating projects from concept through to delivery
• Managing multiple projects, deadlines and competing priorities
• Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers
• Identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes
• Resolving issues proactively and keeping clients informed
• Supporting the delivery of retail marketing and display projects
• Ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and on time

About You

We are looking for a commercially minded Account Manager who understands the pace of retail and can confidently manage both clients and projects.

You will ideally bring:

• Previous experience managing retail or business accounts
• Strong knowledge of the retail marketing or display environment
• Excellent organisation and project coordination skills
• The ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication
• A confident and solutions-focused approach
• The ability to work independently and collaborate with a wider team
• Experience across marketing, advertising, visual merchandising or a related field is advantageous
