About the Role

This is a hands-on Duty Manager position where you'll be responsible for making sure each shift runs safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

You'll be the senior person on the floor during your shifts, coordinating the team, managing customer situations, monitoring service, and making decisions when things don't go according to plan. You'll also work closely with senior management on staff development, operational standards, compliance, and improving the overall guest experience.

No two shifts will look exactly the same - and that's part of the appeal.

Your Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or senior hospitality position.
• Natural leadership ability with the confidence to take control and make decisions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customers and staff with professionalism.
• Working knowledge of RSA, liquor licensing, workplace health and safety, and venue compliance.
• Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused with the ability to stay composed during high-pressure situations.
