About the Role

As Sous Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality meals and leading the brigade during service. You'll assist with rostering, stock control, food preparation, menu execution, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation. This is a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys mentoring others while remaining actively involved in service.

Your Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or an experienced Chef de Partie ready to step into a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of high-volume kitchen operations with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a kitchen team.
• Sound knowledge of food safety, HACCP procedures, stock management, and kitchen compliance.
• Passion for creating quality food while maintaining efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
