About the Role

As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the venue during your shifts. You'll lead the team from the floor, ensure service standards are maintained, handle customer enquiries, support staff, and make confident operational decisions when required.

Working closely with the Venue Manager, you'll also assist with rosters, stock management, compliance, training, and general venue operations. This is a hands-on role where your leadership, communication, and ability to remain calm under pressure will be highly valued.

Your Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or senior hospitality team member.
• Strong leadership skills and the confidence to take ownership of a busy shift.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with a professional approach.
• Understanding of RSA, liquor licensing, workplace health and safety, and hospitality compliance.
• Reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently and making decisions under pressure.
