About the Role

As the Solo Chef, you will take responsibility for the complete kitchen operation, from menu planning and ordering through to preparation, cooking, presentation, and cleaning. You'll work independently while ensuring meals are delivered consistently and efficiently across busy service periods. The role will suit a chef who is organised, self-motivated, commercially aware, and comfortable making decisions without a large brigade around them.

Your Skills and Experience

• Previous experience working as a Solo Chef, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or similar senior kitchen position.
• Ability to independently manage all aspects of a kitchen operation.
• Strong menu planning, food preparation, ordering, stock control, and cost management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen compliance requirements.
• Reliable, organised, and confident working under pressure with minimal supervision.
