About the Role

As Chef de Partie, you'll play an integral role in the day-to-day kitchen operation, preparing and presenting high-quality meals while supporting the senior chefs to ensure smooth service. You'll take ownership of your section, maintain exceptional food standards, assist with stock rotation and food preparation, and ensure all food safety procedures are consistently followed. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef looking to continue building their career within a professional and supportive environment.

Your Skills and Experience

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Commis Chef ready to step up.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations with a passion for quality food and presentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Solid understanding of food safety, HACCP procedures, and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
