Senior Physiotherapist

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Physiotherapist to join a well-established and growing allied health group in Canberra.

With an established presence in the Canberra market and a strong referral network, the practice is expanding its physiotherapy offering and is looking for a confident clinician who can step into the role and manage a varied caseload independently.

The Role

Working within a supportive allied health environment, you will manage a predominantly musculoskeletal caseload including:

• Acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries

• Back, neck and joint conditions

• Sporting and running injuries

• Foot, ankle, knee and lower-limb presentations

• Post-operative rehabilitation

• Exercise rehabilitation and return-to-sport

• Biomechanical and movement-related conditions

There is also strong opportunity for cross-referrals across the broader allied health team, particularly for lower-limb and biomechanical presentations.

About You

This role would suit an experienced Physiotherapist who is clinically confident and ready to manage their own caseload from the beginning.

Ideally, you will have:

• AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist

• Approximately 2-3+ years' experience

• Strong musculoskeletal/private practice experience

• Confidence completing assessments and developing treatment plans independently

• Excellent communication and patient management skills

• A genuine interest in building long-term patient relationships

• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a wider allied health team
