About the Role

Reporting directly to the Venue Manager, you will assist in overseeing all aspects of daily operations including bar, bistro, gaming, and functions. You will lead by example on shift, coach and support the team, ensure compliance and service standards are consistently met, and contribute to the ongoing success of the venue.

Your Skills and Experience

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Duty Manager, or similar in a hospitality venue

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff

• Solid knowledge of operational standards, compliance, and service delivery

• Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure

• A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences and building team culture
