About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team and manage all aspects of kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for menu planning, stock control, kitchen staff management, and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven chef to take the lead in a respected venue and make their mark on the local dining scene.

Your Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage kitchen staff
• Expertise in menu planning, costing, and stock management
• Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain high standards during peak times
