About the Role

We are seeking a confident and emotionally intelligent Assistant Store Manager to help lead a high-performing bridal showroom environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will drive sales performance, coach and develop your team and oversee daily operations while ensuring every bride receives an exceptional experience from appointment through to final fitting.

Working within a premium consultative retail environment, you will lead from the front and create a positive, supportive and results-driven culture.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in consultative or premium retail sales
• Strong leadership and team development capability
• Ability to work towards and exceed KPI targets
• Highly organised with strong operational skills
• High emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills
• Passion for customer experience and relationship building
• Backgrounds in bridal, jewellery, premium fashion or 1:1 selling highly regarded
